Once activated, Fraud Guard automatically performs initial setup:

  1. Database tables: Creates two dedicated custom tables with optimized indexes:
    • wp_veridis_fraud_guard_blocklist: Stores configured merchant blocklist identifiers and statuses.
    • wp_veridis_fraud_guard_activity: Stores checkout match audit history.
  2. Default settings: Leaves the initial protection mode set to Off until configured, ensuring no checkout flows are altered before you review your settings.
  3. Admin navigation: Adds the WooCommerce → Fraud Guard submenu with access to Dashboard, Blocklist, Activity, Import/Export, and Settings.
  4. Scheduled events: Registers a daily WordPress task (veridis_fraud_guard_purge_activity_identifiers) to automatically clear matched identifier values older than 90 days.
